Our Role

Newloud Garage Doors offers referrals and marketing. We link homeowners with independent garage door repair and installation providers. We do not repair, install, adjust or sell garage doors, openers or parts. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about when a provider is available, when one will arrive, or how the work will turn out.

We encourage you to check a provider's credentials, ask to see proof of insurance, and get a written quote before you approve any work.

What We Ask of You

By calling us or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can email contact@newloud.garden at any time to ask us to stop contacting you.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Newloud Garage Doors or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without our permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Newloud Garage Doors is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, from a provider's services, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.
